What Types of Information? In order to perform an analysis of the financial situation of any prospective client, it is important to have the correct information about them. When applying for our program we will collect information, including but not limited to: your income, name, social security number, assets, address, expenses, and debt list. We gather this information on our Free Consultation and Program Application Forms. Additionally, we will collect and maintain information about your transactions with our affiliates, others, and us. This information includes account balances, payment history, credit card usage, and parties to transactions. For this policy, we will call this information "private information."
How Do We Use Your Information? Your private information, as described above, will not be shared with any organization, affiliated or non-affiliated, unless it: is necessary to administer, effect, or enforce a transaction, service, or inquiry you have initiated. is necessary to execute marketing services on our behalf, so we may better understand your financial needs and determine how we can help you meet those needs; is necessary to perform joint marketing services for services that might be offered together with another institution, that we would offer to you directly; and/or is necessary to aid or achieve our business transactions with third parties. How We Keep Your Information Private? We maintain electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards complying with federal standards in order to guard your customer information against unauthorized access. We also take suitable corrective action when needed to enforce employee compliance with our procedures with respect to the privacy of client information. We may also ask for personal information to verify your identity when you request assistance. As mentioned before, we have strict guidelines in place with all affiliates to make sure your information is kept secure and confidential.
